AUDIFISC accompanies you in legal audit to ensure that your company complies with the statutory provisions
(purpose, powers, holding Board meetings, special provisions) and compliance with contractual obligations
towards the partners of the enterprise

SOCIAL AND PAYROLL AUDIT

AUDIFISC provides strategic and technical support in carrying out social audit, which consists in analysing the compliance of your company’s activities and operations with the laws, regulations and agreements in force. The main purpose of this compliance review is to identify any social risks incurred by your company and to have adjustments or regularizations made afterwards to avoid or at least mitigate the financial impact of disputes with staff.

AUDIFISC also assists you in the payroll audit, which allows you to conduct a tax and social compliance review of your company’s payroll file and payroll information system. It will be a matter of ensuring the correct calculation of tax and social security deductions and their compliance with the legislation, the correct configuration of the salary processing system and of preventing all legal and tax litigation risks.

AUDIFISC helps you prevent and anticipate tax risk. The latter, like any risk, is uncertain as to its realisation, but remains a potential danger for which every Manging Director must prevent from. The audit’s objectives include detecting anomalies and deficiencies that could lead to a significant tax adjustment in the event of anaudit and detecting procedures or transactions that result in undue payments. Finally, it is a matter of ensuring that the company takes advantage of the opportunities and benefits provided by tax legislation (fiscal optimisation).

PROPERTY AUDIT

PROPERTY AUDIT

AUDIFISC supports you in carrying out the property audit. This exercise consists in making an inventory of the sites occupations in order to establish the Comprehensive Table of Real Estate (TEBI) of the public or private entity constituting the real estate and real estate assets throughout the national territory. These are buildings of all kinds and bare land, land simply developed or serviced, occupied by said entity.
