FOUNDER
Ms Dieynaba DIOP DIEYE- Managing Director, Chartered Legal Expert, Member of the National Order of Experts of Senegal (ONES).
After a long experience in strategic and operational support of Companies, Dieynaba DIEYE has
been managing in Senegal, since 2019 Audit, Legal and Tax Expertise Firm, in short AUDIFISC.
Ms Dieynaba DIOP DIEYE graduated in Business Law in 2001. She holds Diploma of Technical Bank Institute (ITB- Banking Management) of Centre de Formation de la Profession Bancaire (CFPB), a reference trainer for all Bank’s businesses in France. She regularly conducts Compliance Review Missions in legal and tax fields and has specialized in the areas of Audit, Compliance and Risk Prevention.
She has seventeen (17) years of professional experience in accounting and tax firms, respectively:
Mayoro Wade Dakar accounting firm, First PricewaterhouseCoopers correspondent in Senegal (Head of Tax and Legal Department from July 2003 to April 2012) Legal and Tax Support Firm CAFIJEX Dakar (Tax Expert from May 2012 to December 31, 2019)
Ms Dieynaba DIOP DIEYE has successfully supported her Thesis for the End of her Internship of Tax Expertise on the theme: The Promotion of Islamic Finance through the Senegalese Tax System.
She has a proven qualification in the conduct and supervision of general accounting audit procedures
and in management of disputes arising from tax audits. She had successfully led arbitration requests to General Directorate of Taxes and Domains.
